Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale explain the policies of Ruby Crest Gallery ("we," "us," "our", "the Gallery", or "the seller") in regards to your ("you", "the client", or "the buyer") ordering, payment, shipping/delivery, returns, etc. of the artwork (from any and all artists) we present for sale, whether it be online or in-person.
Ordering
The client is responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order (i.e. name, address, contact information, payment information, etc.). Ruby Crest Gallery is not responsible for problems arising (i.e. unable to deliver, declined payment, etc.) from incorrect information that was supplied at the time the order was placed.

Ruby Crest Gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued.

The client acknowledges that colors seen on a computer screen or mobile phone may not look the same as the colors as they appear once the artwork has been manufactured. MORE?

Due to the nature of fine art acquisition, all sales are final. CHANGES?
Payment
Full Payment is required before we will begin to process the order. Clients may make a purchase using credit cards, Paypal, or wire transfer. Other methods of payment may be accepted, but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Any sales tax (local, state, federal, use, VAT, excise, import fees, etc.) that is required to be collected by us, the seller, will be included in the final amount due at time of purchase. If, for some reason, there is a tax that we are required to pay to a taxing authority at a later time, the buyer (you, the client) will be sent an invoice for reimbursement.
Shipping/Delivery
Ruby Crest Gallery will maintain contact with the client through email updates about the process time and shipping of each artwork purchased. Delivery time may vary greatly depending on the artwork, the framing, delivery location, and more. Please allow at least 6-8 weeks. The process will begin immediately upon payment.

Each order is guaranteed to arrive safely through our White Glove service. Even if the client is ineligible or opts out of this service, we will make sure that your investment arrives in excellent condition.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellation
Each artwork is created unique to the client. As such, all sales are final once production has begun. With the exception of certain problems that may arise that have been explained within this Terms of Sale document.

Furthermore, no refunds will be issue or returns accepted, unless otherwise stated.
