Get started by reaching out to us directly or by creating a free account on this website. Once you have connected with us we will begin by working to understanding your space, vision, and style. You will automatically be sent a short questionnaire to fill out to give us a good foundation to build from. From that point on you will be working directly with a member of the team.

Whether you're curating a single focal piece or building a collection, we offer private assistance to guide you in selecting how you want to present your selected artwork that speaks to both your aesthetic and your story. It is our desire to cultivate a positive relationship with you and ensure your complete satisfaction throughout the process.​​

Custom Framing & Presentation

Premium Custom Standard: After you have selected which art piece(s) you want to acquire will begin the next step. Each piece of art is as diverse and unique as each location it will be displayed; home, gallery, or office. For this reason we feel it is important to avoid cookie cutter options when it comes to framing and presentation. Each piece is finished with museum-grade framing and materials tailored to the work and your environment. Whether or not you know exactly how you want to present your new artwork or will need assistance, we will work closely with you to make sure you are satisfied. We partner with professional designers and expert framers to offer custom framing materials and styles, archival grade materials, UV-protective glass, and display options worthy of the art itself.

Ultra-Luxury Framing: This framing upgrade is available for oversized framing, highly complex style/designs, or in the case of rare materials. Each upgrade is evaluated individually according to the unique needs of each collector.

Please Note: We believe in a strict standard of quality.

As such we will always use the highest grade, fine art paper available including top producers Hahnemühle, Canson, and Epson.

We also may provide Acrylic finishes on some pieces as well.

White Glove Delivery & Installation

We believe the process of buying fine art should be a seamless experience, our white glove service includes professional delivery and on-site installation in select regions*. Every detail — from gloves-on handling to wall placement — is handled with precision and respect. Once you've placed your order we begin the process of reaching out to professionals in your area who will receive your order and inspect it for damage**. After quality/condition is confirmed we will schedule a time with you for them to personally deliver the piece to your location and hang it for you.

*Rural locations may not be eligible due to availability. Additionally locations outside of the US may also not be eligible. In both cases we will work with you closely to arrive at the best solution possible. 

**You can opt-out of this service, however please note we will then require an installation waiver and you will be responsible for confirming the condition of the piece upon delivery. See Shipping Policy.

The Ruby Crest Standard

We are dedicated to preserving the integrity and value of the art you purchase. All works include a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, with dual hologram markers, documentation of the edition, materials, and origin. We also offer optional secure digital records.​
